The Circle is initially limited to 100 companies:
50 German companies and 50 Chinese companies.
圈子初期仅限100家企业：
50家德国企业和50家中国企业。
Membership is based on a structured selection process. As a general orientation, the Circle is designed for companies with 150 or more employees. Exceptions are possible for companies with outstanding technological, industrial or strategic relevance.
会员资格基于结构化的筛选流程。作为一般导向，本圈子面向员工人数150人或以上的企业。对于技术、产业或战略相关性卓越的企业，可酌情例外。
Before a company can join the Circle, we hold a personal admission meeting.
在企业加入圈子之前，我们会举行一次个人准入面谈。
This first meeting is used to understand the company, its objectives, its market position and its expectations regarding German-Chinese business cooperation. At the same time, we assess whether the company fits the quality, confidentiality and partnership standards of the Sino-German Business Circle.
首次面谈旨在了解该企业、其目标、市场地位以及对德中商业合作的期望。与此同时，我们评估该企业是否符合中德商业圈在质量、保密与合作伙伴关系方面的标准。
Membership is only offered if both sides see a serious basis for trust, relevance and potential business development.
